Is it correct that you used the "Add a printer" wizard, selected "Add a local printer," and on the next screen selected "Use an existing printer port"? And that you didn't see anything relating to "USB" in the drop-down list of ports? What happened shortly before the printer stopped working? ![]() Please confirm that your printer does use a USB connection. ![]() My understanding that this printer uses a USB connection is based on reading the User Guide for the Canon LBP-1120. ![]() Are you attempting to get the printer working on two computers (one XP and the other Win 7) or were your comments about XP for historical context?
